👉Last week I released a 1-Hour lesson Face #3, (below) in a Fun Fab FIERCE style. If you did this with me, read the blog, or email from last week, you already know I wasn't thrilled with my end results. LOL!

Because of that, this week I've come back with a "take 2" of that project,  and created a little 30-Minute-lesson for you called Brain Stretches & Sketches with Karen. It's short and sweet and extremely helpful! I really dig into WHY my original face didn't look as fierce as I'd hoped she would, and share a ton of tips about how to choose excellent face drawing references like the ones shown below (I have a PDF of these angry face drawing references in the classroom for you too!).

Understanding what makes an AWESOME face drawing reference image is a super important skill to have for all types of face drawing, but is essential if we want to draw expressive faces, as you'll see :)​
