My favorite.  Mixed media.  Once I discovered that you could use, literally, every art supply known to man in one piece I was shocked!!!  And then 100% hooked.  Sloppy, spontaneous, fun.  I am all about it.  See more HERE.

WATERCOLOR

I like watercolors.  They have their own personality and don't like to take orders very well...kind of like me.  On paper or on wood, alone or mixed with colored pencils I adore playing and making creations with them.

ENCAUSTIC

When I was a little girl I never dreamed my life as an artist would involved the use of a blow torch, but I'm sure glad it does!  Melting, dripping, oozing and layering, this medium is just magical.  And messy!  And I love it.  Check out some of my creations HERE.

ART JOURNALING

I adore messing around in my art journals.  Sometimes I take vintage or music books (like this page) and simply coat it with a thin layer of gesso before beginning a simple painting.  Other times I will layer and layer and layer with collage materials and duct tape and paint until the pages are heavy and become masterpieces within themselves.  No matter how you slice it art journaling is FUN.  See more art journal pages HERE!

DRAWING

I know that some artists are painters and some consider themselves to be illustrators or sketch artists and, fortunately or unfortunately, I love it all.  While I don't sell a lot of my drawings, I practice daily and it would be remiss if I didn't include at least some of these in my official portfolio.
